1. General

By accessing Love Language Gifting’s website or placing an order, you agree to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Product Variations & Substitutions

  • Product colours, fragrances, flavours, and variants may vary based on availability.

  • We reserve the right to replace any unavailable product with an item of equal value.

  • Customers will be notified of substitutions.

  • If the substitute is declined, the cost of that item will be deducted from the order.

  • Full hamper refunds will not be issued due to substitutions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and the destination.

  • Charges for open hampers, floral hampers, and delicate products will be communicated beforehand.

Express Shipping (Mumbai Only)

  • Same-Day / Express delivery is available only within Mumbai.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Express shipping must be requested directly so your order can be prioritised.

Fresh Floral Deliveries

  • Fresh floral arrangements are available only within Mumbai.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges are applicable only when:

  • A clear unboxing video is provided showing damage or spoilage

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery via email

  • Return shipping charges are initially borne by the customer

If verified as genuine, we will refund the product cost plus return shipping charges.

No Returns / Refunds for:

  • Colour or variant mismatch

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of fragrance or flavour

  • Minor aesthetic variations

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Product prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon successful payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding materials, product photographs, videos, website content, and designs belong to Love Language Gifting.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Sunday: Closed

All order updates, express delivery coordination, and customer support are handled strictly during these hours.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
