At Love Language Gifting, we aim to deliver your gifts safely, quickly, and with the care they deserve. Please review our shipping policy to understand timelines, delivery zones, and important conditions.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may experience slight delays.

Personalised or custom orders may require additional processing time.
2. Standard Shipping (Pan-India)

Delivery timeline: 5–7 business days, depending on the location and courier partner.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped.

Standard shipping charges vary based on weight, size, and destination.

Fragile, open hampers, or floral products may require additional packaging and handling fees, communicated before dispatch.
3. Express / Same-Day Delivery (Mumbai Only)

Available only within Mumbai city limits.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

Express delivery charges apply based on distance, urgency, and product type.

Customers must contact us directly for express delivery so we can prioritise the order.
4. Fresh Floral Deliveries (Mumbai Only)

Fresh Flower arrangements are delivered only within Mumbai due to their delicate nature.

Floral deliveries are handled by trained delivery partners to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

Same-day floral deliveries must be confirmed in advance.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship:

Fresh flowers outside Mumbai

Highly fragile items to remote or restricted pin codes

Perishable food items to locations where temperature control cannot be ensured
If your address falls in a restricted zone, our team will contact you with alternate options.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or multiple failed attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.
7. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Courier tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after the package is picked up.
8. Shipping for Multiple Addresses

Currently, one order can be shipped to only one address.

For gifting to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable timeline, or arrives damaged:

Contact us immediately.

Provide your order number and, for damage claims, a clear unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
We will liaise with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
