Refund policy
1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, email hello@lovelanguagegifting.in with your order number.

Personalised or custom orders (including engraving, monograms, bespoke arrangements) cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing on delivery. To be eligible:

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery to hello@lovelanguagegifting.in.

Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage/defect. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless otherwise instructed.
Non-returnable items (no exceptions):

Personalised or custom-made products

Perishable goods, food items, and fresh florals

Opened, used, or hygienically compromised items

Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return or Claim

Email hello@lovelanguagegifting.in with your order number, a brief description of the issue, photos, and the unboxing video.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and an authorisation if the claim is valid.

Customer should initially ship the item back using the courier method instructed by us (customer pays return shipping upfront unless otherwise stated).
4. Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued for the product cost.

If the claim is verified as genuine (damage/incorrect item), we will also refund the return shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank or card provider processing times may add additional days.

Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, except where we delivered a damaged or incorrect item.
Partial refunds:

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage not reported originally, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund after inspection.
5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and wish to exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@lovelanguagegifting.in.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Shipping, Lost or Damaged Packages

For damage or missing item claims, provide the unboxing video and order details.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate lost or damaged shipments and will offer replacement or refund when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
7. Important Notes

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.

For express / same-day deliveries, cancellation windows are shorter due to faster processing—contact us immediately.

Claims made after the 7-day reporting window will not be accepted except where required by local consumer protection laws.
